I am a Canadian citizen. The founder of the American business in Texas where I worked for many years died suddenly and per probate the business had to be wrapped up. Many of the principals founded a similar business, and wanted to hire me, but since it was not a true "successor" the TN visa rules would not allow me to "port" over. Craig did some research and navigated me through the visa requirements and process for acquiring a new TN visa (advertisement, job description, offer letter, etc).
